Join us for an unforgettable White Cane Awareness Day event featuring the Blind AF Community Film Series Sponsored by Comcast — a celebration of resilience, empowerment, and inclusion. This year’s feature tells the incredible story of Shawn Cheshire, a blind U.S. Army veteran and Paralympian, whose determination and courage inspire all. The event will highlight both veteran and female empowerment, encouraging our community to see beyond limitations.

Film Synopsis

Blind AF follows the journey of Shawn Cheshire, a U.S. Army veteran and former paramedic who lost her sight in 2009.
