Airna Outhensakda

Congratulations to Airna Outhensakda, Lions Services Employee of the Year!

Airna’s 5 year journey at LSI began as a machine operator in the MOLLE Hydration department. Airna was then promoted to supervisor of the Helmet Bands department. She possesses useful traits like thoughtfulness and reliability. Airna is one of our few sighted staff assisting with manufacturing military helmet bands and cheesecloth while keeping a safe and productive work environment. Serving an integral role in her department, Airna guides employees that are blind to their workstation during busy hours. Routinely learning new skills, Airna says, is one of her favorite aspects of working at Lions Services. Her motivation as a team player has been critical to Lions Services’ mission.

When asked for a summary of her experience at LSI, Airna states: “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Fun fact- One of Airna’s favorite food is pasta!
