James "Jay" Russell has been a valued member of Lions Services for 12 years. Visually impaired since birth, he has built a successful manufacturing career and was honored as a 2026 Peter J. Salmon Employee of the Year Nominee.
Sighted Employee of the Year 2026
Sandra Nativi has been a dedicated member of the Lions Services team for 14 years, growing from machine operator and inspector to assistant team lead. Today she works in the IHIPS Department.
